Okay, so this outfit is not L$10 but my heels, hair and a free view of me in my lingerie are FREE ;)

I found this extremely cute Mini Dress in Multi Colors and also the Matching Heels with a Color HUD. I had a great time taking the pictures for this post on the New Toulouse Sim. I met some amazing people who were very friendly. The Rampart Gallery was a fun visit.
